Dani Cormier is the founder of PHL PUNCH, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach, who also holds a black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate.
Dani has been training and teaching people of all ages for the past 25 years.
Her passion and love for fight sports and fitness started early in her family garage using her brother's speed bag and lifting his dumb bells. Here she gained strength, speed, and great confidence in herself. This passion for boxing, martial arts, testing her limits, and a whole lot of sweat would one day create PHL PUNCH.

Make no mistake by Dani's diminutive size, she not only strikes like a lightning bolt, but teaches with the same dynamic intensity, delivering appreciable results for each of her clients.
Under Dani's watchful eye and expert direction you will be guided through a real fighter's training regimen. You will learn proper technique along with the fundamentals.
Before long you will be punching, rolling, slipping, and countering your way to a brand new physique and mindset.
Designed and met with patience for the absolute beginner, Dani will pull the best out of the intermediate, and she pushes a strong and fast pace for the seasoned.
